Furthermore, the firm of du MANOIR de JUAYE and partners reinvoices its disbursements to the client according to the procedure set out in point 4.
1. Invoicing based on time spent.
Our fees vary according to the attorneys’ skills, speciality and seniority and the complexity of the matter. The hourly rates of members of the Firm are from 100 to 400 Euros We endeavor to provide our clients with an estimate of the amount of our fees, pursuant to a recent decision of the French Supreme Court (Cour de Cassation). With regard to legal proceedings, this estimate is only an indication, as it is difficult to anticipate the nature of the opposition and the length of the proceedings, except in very simple cases. The recovery of any sum after a court decision is always invoiced on the basis of time spent. In accordance with the practise of the Attorney’s profession, an advance is requested by way of provision on opening the file. This advance is then deducted from the amount of the last invoice issued in the matter.
2. Invoicing comprising a fixed sum plus a supplement in the event of success.
This supplement may be a fixed sum or a percentage of the sum awarded or the savings effected.
3. Invoicing on the basis of time spent plus a supplement in the event of success.
